Only Philly can jump back in time to set a world record. On February 13 hundreds of locals decked out in their finest 'fros and mink coats gathered at the Art Museum steps to honor Soul Train creator and host, Don Cornelius, with an attempt to create the World's Longest Soul Train Line. Much to no one's surprise and everyone's confident prediction, Philly did it, with 327 participants including the Honorable Mayor Nutter.
